Introduction to Accredited Training
Fusion Training aims to produce aware, Godly, autonomous and cooperative individuals who have the insight and skills to permit an active and intelligent response to the contemporary world.
Fusion Training has emerged from many years of experience in front line youth and community work, undergirded by a Biblical foundation and the values derived from that. It is specifically designed for those interested in preparing themselves in knowledge, skills and spiritual development in preparation] for work with young people and their communities.
The training is practically based. Students work with young people and their communities and in a process of action and reflection, refine their learning. They grow spiritually, emotionally and intellectually as they reflect on their experience and able to respond creatively and skilfully in difficult or unexpected situations.
They are also trained in skills of management, leadership and teamwork. Within the broad range of training options offered by Fusion is a suite of nationally accredited Youth and Community Work certificates.
